How long will my first visit be?

-Most initial visits last about 60 minutes, which includes your consultation, examination, and treatment (if appropriate). Depending on your health history, current symptoms, or how much you'd like to discuss, your appointment may run a bit longer. We always take the time to listen and make sure you feel heard and cared for.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

-Please bring a valid photo ID, your insurance card (if applicable), any recent imaging or medical reports, and a list of current medications. We also recommend wearing comfortable clothing you don’t mind getting a little oil on, as soft tissue work may be part of your visit.

You’re welcome to reply to our Welcome email with copies of your ID and any reports in advance to save time during check-in.

Do you accept Insurance?

-Yes, we’re in-network with most major insurance providers, including Aetna, Cigna, and Blue Cross Blue Shield, NYSHIP, Oxford, and United Healthcare. We also accept No-Fault, Workers' Comp, and attorney-referred personal injury cases.

What if I don't have insurance?

-We offer affordable cash rates and package options for patients without insurance. We will be happy to walk you through our pricing..

Will I get adjusted on my first visit?

-In most cases, yes. After your consultation and exam, we’ll discuss your treatment options and, if appropriate, provide your first chiropractic adjustment the same day.

Does Chiropractic care hurt?

-Chiropractic adjustments are generally gentle and relieving. That said, if there’s inflammation in the joints or surrounding muscles, some movements may feel temporarily uncomfortable. We always tailor our care to your comfort level and tolerance—communication is key.

You may feel a bit sore after your first treatment, similar to how your body feels after a good workout. This is normal and typically subsides within a day or two as your body begins to adjust and heal.
